Immigration Justice, Accountability, and Community Repair Act of 2026
Abolishes ICE and rebuilds enforcement as a civil, court-centered system grounded in due process — ending mass detention, guaranteeing counsel, and holding misconduct accountable.
Pathways to American Transition and Homebuilding Act
Replaces today's tangle of visa categories with a simplified, unified, rights-based system and a clear, predictable path to lawful status, permanent residency, and citizenship.

ICE is a dangerous secret police force that has been operating outside of the law, kidnapping, torturing, and murdering immigrants and citizens alike. I am appalled that billions of taxpayer dollars are being used to attack our neighbors. The lack of accountability for the crimes that ICE agents have committed prove that the agency is beyond reform, so it must be abolished now.
The advocacy group Orlando 50501 has proposed legislation to abolish and replace ICE and create a simplified pathway to citizenship. AAACT is a comprehensive bill to abolish ICE and create a new agency to provide immigration services while still protecting our borders, and PATH creates a pathway to citizenship that is streamlined and humane.
